Check Out This Massive Bloody Mary at River Raisin Distillery!
We recently were in Manchester, Michigan for the first time. Manchester is located about 30 minutes Southwest of Ann Arbor. During our planning for visiting the area we learned that Manchester is most famous for its chicken broil. While we are sure that is a good time, we found something a bit different that should also be famous and that is the Loaded Bloody Mary from River Raisin Distillery.
Let's jump back to the start. We started our time in Manchester at Chi-Bro Park (Get it? Chicken Broil. Chi-Bro). While at Chi-Bro Park we played pickleball and disc golf, two activities that we enjoy. We got coffee from Millie's Coffeehouse, pizza from Ollie's Pizza and explored downtown along the River Raisin including a stop at the farmers market. A short drive from downtown was Sharon Mills County Park. We hiked the trails and enjoyed the overall setting of the park.

Next is when we stumbled upon the Loaded Bloody Mary at River Raisin Distillery. First off, this bloody mary is available Sunday's from 10 AM - 2:30 PM so plan accordingly! We got lucky because we arrived during that time frame and this was by chance and we are happy it worked out the way it did.
The Loaded Bloody Mary is extremely loaded! Here is what ours had. chicken nugget, meatball, sausage, pepperoni, salami, artichoke, cheese, cherry tomato, a large soft pretzel with a sidecar of cheese, a taquito, celery, cheesecake, a bosco stick, pickle, a piece of bacon and of course the actual beverage portion of the bloody mary.

Sometimes novelty beverages are more fun than they are good but this was both. It was fun and it tasted good! It was also big enough to share. We were happy to have stumbled upon this great treat!
