Happy Birthday Michigan!
Happy Birthday Michigan! On this day in 1837, Michigan became a state. 186 years ago! If you have followed us for any length of time, you know that we are all about Michigan and traveling the state to experience and show all of you how many amazing things there are to do!
It is also crazy that some if Michigan's cities, like Sault Ste. Marie, actually were established long before Michigan became a state. For example, The Soo was established in 1668, making it one of the oldest cities in the United States.
Back to todays topic. Since it is Michigan's birthday, we wanted to share some of our favorite photos.
